In order to confirm your participation in the conference, you are kindly requested to fill in the registration form, which you have been sent together with the notification of acceptance, and send it back to our e-mail address: lingbaw@gmail.com.

The conference fee is 280 PLN (75 EUR) and includes conference materials, refreshments, a reception and publication of the proceedings. Participants are requested to pay the conference fee by a bank transfer not later than 3 October 2014to:

For payments from abroad it is customary to extend the IBAN number by adding PL in front of the account number.
To ensure that the money transfer is properly registered, please send us also a scan of the payment document to our conference e-mail lingbaw@gmail.com.
Please note that there will be no refunds for absence or cancellations.
Participants who need a confirmation of acceptance for visa purposes are kindly asked to notify the organizers as soon as possible.
