Marina Dossena (University of Bergamo, Italy)
Professor Marina Dossena
Marina Dossena is Professor of English Language at the University of Bergamo.
Currently involved in the compilation of a Corpus of 19th-Century Scottish Correspondence, she co-edits Token: A Journal of English Linguistics and was co-founder of InScriptum: A Journal of Language and Literary Studies; both journals are online, open-access publications, and the former is indexed in Scopus and various other databases.
Prof. Dossena is a member of CLAVIER (University of Modena e Reggio Emilia), of the International Committee of the Association for Scottish Literary Studies, of which she has been Honorary Fellow since 2017, and is affiliated as an international member to the Angus McIntosh Centre for Historical Linguistics, University of Edinburgh; the Centre for Nineteenth-Century Studies, Durham University; and the Scottish Centre for Victorian and Neo-Victorian Studies.
She has been Visiting Professor at the Universities of Innsbruck, Helsinki and Complutense de Madrid, where she is now a team member in the international research project "LModE Conceptualizations of Female Childhood: Cultural Linguistic Investigations across Borders".

Adam Głaz (Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin, Poland)
Professor Adam Głaz
Cognitive and cultural linguist, translation studies scholar affiliated with Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland. Professor Głaz has authored three monographs, including the most recent Linguistic Worldview(s): Approaches and Applications (Routledge 2022), as well as (co-)editing ten volumes, e.g. Languages–Cultures–Worldviews: Focus on Translation (Palgrave Macmillan 2019). One of specific areas he researches is viewpoint and perspective in language and linguistics.
Agnieszka Otwinowska-Kasztelanic (University of Warsaw, Poland)
Professor Agnieszka Otwinowska-Kasztelanic
Her research revolves around cross-linguistic influences, vocabulary acquisition, multilingualism, childhood bilingualism, foreign language teaching and CLIL. She is a teacher trainer and an author of course book series and syllabuses for English language teaching. She has worked as an expert for IBE, NCN, NAWA, the Fulbright Commission and the European Commission. Agnieszka has been an active member of European academic networks: the International Association of Multilingualism (on the executive board 2018-2022), COST Action IS0804 “Language Impairment in a Multilingual Society” (2011-2013), and COST Action IS1306 “New Speakers in a Multilingual Europe: Opportunities and Challenges” (in the steering committee 2013-2017). She has been awarded four Polish grants (3 NCN OPUS, 1 NPRH) and is a PI of an IDUB UW Action “Multilingualism”. She has published three books, including a monograph entitled “Cognate vocabulary in language acquisition and use” (2015) and a volume (2014, co-edited with Gessica De Angelis) “Teaching and learning in multilingual contexts”, both by Multilingual Matters. Her articles have appeared in such impact factor journals as: e.g.: International Journal of Multilingualism (on the editorial board since 2021), Cognition, International Journal of Bilingual Education and Bilingualism, International Journal of Bilingualism, First Language, Language Learning, Language Awareness, IRAL, Frontiers in Psychology, Language Teaching Research, Bilingualism: Language and Cognition, and Studies in Second Language Acquisition.
